New editorial appointments

Tommaso Jucker has recently been appointed as Associate Editor at both the Journal of Ecology and Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation. Journal of Ecology is one of the flagship journals of the British Ecological Society and has been covering all aspects of the ecology of plants since 1913. Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation is a new open access journal linked to the Zoological Society of London that aims to bridge the gap between the remote sensing community and those working in ecology and conservation.

Ru Somaweera has been appointed a section editor of Herpetological Review, the quarterly journal of the Society for the Study of Amphibians and Reptiles (SSAR) since 1967. The currently open access journal covers all aspects of herpetology including notes on natural history, techniques and distributions.
